LIMITED WARRANTY (U.S. Only)
Real Phone Corporation ("Real Phone") warrants this product against defects in
materials or workmanship for one year from date of original purchase.
This warranty is not transferable. At its sole discretion Real Phone will either replace a
defective product with the same or equivalent product or refund the purchase price. This
warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage of any type, damages or malfunctions not
resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, other than normal consumer use, acts
of God or limits of technology. Attempting to tamper, repair, or modify the product will
void the warranty.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL PHONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL REAL PHONE'S LIABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY CLAIM.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must return the product to an authorized service facility or directly to Real Phone, at Real Phone's instruction. Purchaser must return the product in an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by Purchaser's sales receipt or comparable substitute proof of sale showing the date of purchase, the serial number of Product and the sellers' name and address. Only the particular item found faulty should be returned.
To obtain assistance on where to return the product, call Real Phone Customer Care at 1-858-560-REAL (7325) or email warranty@realphonecorp.com and state as completely as possible the problem with the device. If it is determined that a warranty claim may be made you will be instructed on where to return the product. Upon receipt, Real Phone will promptly repair or replace the defective product. Real Phone may, at Real Phone's sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any product or replace the product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new product having similar functionality.
