Owens F. Alexander, Jr.
Co-Founder, Former CEO and Director
Owens F. Alexander, Jr. was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Titan Wireless, an international VOIP carrier, fixed wireless service provider; and mobile systems integrator and operator and Senior Vice President of Titan Corporation. Previously he was a Sr VP with SAIC; a Sr VP with Edison International, and held various executive positions at BellSouth Corporation.
Len Porcello
Director
Leonard J. Porcello is a retired Senior Vice President and Group Manager at SAIC. Joining the company in 1976 he served in a variety of technical and managerial roles.
Following his under graduate degree in Physics from Cornell University, Mr Porcello earned a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. While at Michigan he served as a member of the research staff, Professor of Electrical Engineering and Laboratory Director engaged in research in the areas of radar, optics, and advanced signal processing. He also served as a Vice President and Laboratory Director at the Environmental Institute of Michigan.
